Pre-Trip Inspection for Your Skoolie

If you are looking at purchasing/buying a school bus or already have a Skoolie/Bus Conversion – We will walk you through the steps in performing a Pre Trip Inspection / Bus Maintenance / Circle Check.

Whether you live in a skoolie full time or part time, it is very important to take care of and inspect/maintain your bus. This could prevent an avoidable breakdown and save on those repair costs!!!

We will show you what to look for including:
Check Oil Level, Check Transmission Fluid, Power Steering, Brake Fluid, Steering Shaft, Brake Lines, Leaf Springs, Shocks, Coolant Reservoir, Tire Rod Ends, Tires, Air Pressure, Engine Belts, Engine Fan, Air Filter, Lights and much more!!

The bus featured in this video is our 1997 Ford Thomas school bus with a Cummins diesel engine and a 5 speed manual transmission – we intend to build this into our tiny house on wheels. Living off grid and traveling full time is what the future holds.
